A Snapshot of Your Day

As a Project Order Manager, you play a vital role in the execution of our offshore wind farm projects. You work as integrated member of each project’s Construction Management team – while referring to the line organization of the Site Logistics team.

You support Offshore Construction projects and plans/coordinate logistics activities in projects, in order to contribute to the success of the project by accurate and on-schedule supply. You will have a broad interface with internal stakeholders & external suppliers.

How You’ll Make an Impact

  • Analyzes operational logistic status, advises involved partners adequately - and derives and implements alternative measures to adapt to changing situations.
  • Maintains, updates and communicates relevant information (regarding master data, delivery schedules, stock-and-order status and contract information) from suppliers, procurement, and logistic service providers.
  • Coordinates return of logistic infrastructure and on-site equipment used, and steers respective logistics operations with service providers.
  • Further develops their scope by contributing with initiatives and competencies to improve their area of work (O2C+P2P Process).
  • Managing the definition and delivery of the tools package for the Wind Turbine Projects = one point of contact from the Project towards the supplier.
  • Managing the ordering and delivery of spare parts, planned and unplanned and also managing full transparency on scope, including all risks.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s or master’s degree in a relevant subject with 1-2 years of experience in a similar role and/or has +6 years of professional experience from a project logistics environment or Supply Chain, combined with an ability to understand technical topics.
  • Knowledge of renewable energy business and OF project execution are preferred.
  • Previous experience with SAP, Analysis for Office and Excel.
  • Excellent English language skills, both written and spoken.

The Site Logistics team belongs to the SGRE Offshore Execution organization. The Site Logistics team is managing the demand and delivery of all vital tools and equipment for any project worldwide, as well as managing all deliveries of any spare parts, within the Business Unit Offshore.
