Be a servant leader and ART coach who facilitates ART events and processes, and supports teams in delivering value. You communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement of our software tools in Engineering Infrastructure department (GT PRM EI) for Switching Products.
How You’ll Make an Impact
- Facilitating the Product Increment Planning and Supporting the Product Increment Execution
- Coaching the Agile Release Train Team
- Manage Backlogs of several agile teams to organize optimized flow
What You Bring
- University Degree in Software Science or similar
- Professional Experience in Software Engineering
- Several years experience in Switching products like Circuit Breakers, Arresters, Disconnectors as well as in Software development process
- Experience as Scrum Master
- Fluency in English and German at professional working profiency level
- Familiar with agile methods like SCRUM and SAFe Framework
- Knowledge of state-of-the-art web service techniques like SOAP and REST
- Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (approx. two times a year)
